District 5300

Welcome from The President

David Briano
President 2014-2015
Rotary Club of Pico Rivera, District 5300

The Pico Rivera Rotary is proud to be a part of the 1.2 million neighbors, friends, and community leaders who come together to create positive, lasting change in our communities and around the world. At the heart of the Rotary Club of Pico Rivera are dedicated people who share a passion for both community service and friendship. We take on many “hands on” projects like the Thanksgiving food baskets for the needy, RYLA that develops student leadership for high school students, and international projects: wheelchairs in Hermosillo, Mexico, education for young girls Africa, cleft lip/palate surgeries for children in Guatemala and Liberia.

Responsible leadership means more than just doing good work—it means making the most out of every donation we receive. We use our funds responsibly. Leadership means more than just doing good work—it means making the most out of every donation we receive.

The Pico Rivera Club is particularly proud to partner with Rotarians around the world in taking on one of the world’s most pressing problems, the eradication of polio. We are SO CLOSE TO ENDING POLIO!

Rotary unites people from all continents, cultures, and occupations—it's truly one of our greatest strengths. Our members are leaders in their fields and communities. Our diverse perspectives help us to see problems differently—and help us solve them in communities throughout the world.
Through Rotary, our members find many ways to meet, exchange ideas, and make lifelong friendships, including: Weekly club meetings - Online discussion boards - Interest-based affinity groups - Local events - Our regional and annual international convention.
